Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Our commitment

CarIssues wants every visitor, including people with disabilities, to be able to read reviews, compare cars and use our tools independently. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and Israeli Standard SI 5568.

What we have done

  • Pages declare their language and reading direction (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right).
  • A “skip to main content” link is available from the keyboard at the top of every page.
  • All interactive elements can be reached with the keyboard and show a visible focus outline.
  • Form fields, menus and search boxes have accessible names for screen readers.
  • Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Pages use consistent headings and landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer).
  • Text can be enlarged with the browser’s zoom without loss of content.

Known limitations

  • The interactive 3D car models are provided by a third party (Sketchfab) and may not be fully operable by keyboard or screen reader. The same information about each car is available as text on the page.
  • Some user-submitted reviews and photos may lack full descriptions.
