BMW's sporty executive sedan (D-segment), now in its seventh generation (G20), also sold as a plug-in hybrid (320e/330e). Suits a driver who wants an executive sedan with a genuinely sporty character, including a PHEV option for electric urban driving. The model earned 5 stars in the Euro NCAP crash test and was named Best in Class among large family cars. The 330e plug-in hybrid claims a 60 km electric range, but real-world testing measured about 30 km or less.
